Your option to receive paper copies

You have the right to receive information in the form of paper. To request a paper copy of any information (E-Sign Consent) for free, please write your request within 180 days of the date of the disclosure to Block Inc., 1455 Market Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Specifically, you should tell us which communication you would like to receive in paper format. Ordering a copy in writing will not lead to loss of your consent to electronic contact either.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive our communications for the Services at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any electronic communication we send you or by contacting us using the contact information below. However, withdrawal of consent for receiving service-related emails may result in termination of your access to some or all of the Services (E-Sign Consent). Any withdrawal of consent will be effective after a reasonable time for processing your request and Block will confirm that it has been processed.

Updating Your Email

If you are interested in changing your email address, then contact us through the Contact Us page. If you have a smartphone and an I Cloud account you may be able to change that email address yourself by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars. Please note that changing your e-mail address will update mail received at that address from any previous address, but will not update mail sent from any previous address.
